About Our Trial Lawyers

David Jackson

For over twenty years, David Jackson has sought justice for the victims of negligence causing serious injuries.   He routinely represents individuals in a variety of personal injury matters including serious automobile accidents, tractor-trailer crashes, premises liability, dog bites, medical malpractice, and products liability.  Mr. Jackson also assists disabled individuals seeking benefits from the Social Security Administration.   He has represented individuals against the largest insurance companies and corporations and has been extremely successful in fighting for his client’s rights.    Mr. Jackson maintains an active trial practice and has tried over fifty jury trials in multiple venues and jurisdictions.  Since 2018, Mr. Jackson has been recognized by Superlawyers, a peer influenced and research driven organization which limits its selection to the top 5% of lawyers each year.

Mr. Jackson graduated with honors from Salisbury University where he was a member of the varsity soccer team, and with honors and was named the Outstanding Student in International Business.  After college, Mr. Jackson attended the University of Maryland School of Law, where he graduated with honors and he was selected as a member of the Moot Court Board and articles editor of the University of Maryland Journal of International Law and Trade.   After law school, Mr. Jackson served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Sally D. Adkins of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals (now Maryland Appellate Court).  After completing his clerkship, Mr. Jackson gained valuable experience learning the inner workings of insurance companies while working as a defense attorney representing healthcare providers in medical malpractice claims.   Not being satisfied with protecting the interest of insurance companies, Mr. Jackson began his career at a large personal injury law firm and advanced to being a partner and head of the litigation department prior to bringing his practice to Robinson & Associates.

Mr. Jackson is licensed to practice in Maryland, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia, as well as Federal Courts in Maryland and West Virginia.  Mr. Jackson is a member of the American Association for Justice, Maryland Association of Justice, and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.  Mr. Jackson is extremely proud of the results he has received for his long list of satisfied clients and will continue to provide compassionate yet aggressive representation to individuals whose lives have been changed by the actions of others.
